About Us

Started in 2016, Safety Solutions Singapore is a dedicated online store for personal protective equipment and safety products. As a subsidiary of Quantum Safety Network, Safety Solutions has access to all the products carried by our parent company. Safety Solutions aims to provide end-users with a convenient, affordable and reliable way to equip themselves with high quality personal protective equipment to suit their needs for work and for play.

Quantum Safety Network, our parent company, is now Bizsafe3 certified to give our customers peace of mind when dealing with us as an official vendor for their company. Click on the logo below to download a copy of our certificate.

How does Safety Solutions differ from other online PPE stores that deliver to Singapore?

Generally, Safety Solutions Singapore ships at a much lower price enabling customers to buy items in smaller quantities and at lower price points. Our items are guaranteed to be genuine and we endeavour to be flexible to any customer request.

If I order in large quantities, can my order be discounted?

In most cases, Yes! Contact us at sales@safetysolutions.com.sg to get a bulk order discount quotation!

What sort of after sales services can I expect if I am a Safety Solutions Singapore customer?

Email support is available through sales@safetysolutions.com.sg. Apart from providing technical support, we are also certified service providers of the servicing, calibration and testing of many products such as gas detectors, SCBAs and chemical suits.

I'm looking for a specific product (Safety helmet, gloves, goggles, etc.) and I can't find it on your store / I don't know what to get, how do I know what I need?

Are the prices inclusive of GST?

No, GST is calculated in the cart.

Why are some of the items on Pre-Order? How long will it take for the items to arrive?

We allocate a certain amount of products to the online store. Pre-order items could mean that your order exceeds the pre-allocated amount. If so, the usual delivery time of 3-5 working days can be expected. In cases where there is absolutely no stock, a lead time of 1 to 2 weeks can be expected.

Am I able to pay cash on delivery if I self collect?

Unfortunately for orders through the online portal, only credit card payments are accepted. Email us at sales@safetysolutions.com.sg if you have any special payment requests and we will try and accommodate as well as we can.

How do I know if the size is right for me?

Please come down to our office at: Quantum Safety Network Pte Ltd, 998 Toa Payoh North, #03-14/15, Singapore 318993 to try them out before buying.
